To perform a software update of your Pix-Star go to the SETTINGS menu and open the ABOUT panel. If an update is available a red button with “update” written inside will display on the right side at the bottom of the window.

To launch the software update just press the PLAY key on the remote control, it will start automatically. The device will first download the new software installation package then automatically update its internal software.

If you do not see this information it means that your software is up to date and that there is no need for an update.

IMPORTANT REMARK : please be very careful NOT to switch off the frame during the update process especially when the new software package is being installed inside the frame.
