Pix-Star is equipped with an advanced online update feature that automatically detects when new software versions are available from the www.pix-star.com platform.
To update your Pix-Star’s software, go to the SETTINGS menu and open the ABOUT panel. If an update is available, a red button with “update” written inside will display on the bottom right side of the window.
To launch the software update, press the PLAY key on the remote control and it will start automatically. The device will first download the new software installation package then automatically update its internal software.
If you do not see this information, it means that your software is up to date and there is no need for an update.
PLEASE NOTE: Be very careful NOT to switch off the frame during the update process especially when the new software package is being installed.
Cette fonction est indispensable et je salue les mise à jour régulières, mais un petit reproche : à chaque mise à jour du logiciel, il faut à nouveau rentrer la clé wifi. Pas très pratique!

Effectivement nous avons déjà eu cette remarque et sommes conscients que cela peut être un peu gênant mais nous avons préfére effectuer une mise à zéro complète, y compris du WiFi, après chaque nouvelle mise à jour pour être sûr que votre Pix-Star est dans une configuration “propre” et qu’il ne risque pas d’y avoir de problème.

je suis toujours en 1,2 après avoir fait une restauration des paramètres d’usine. Dans parametres / information je n’ai accès à aucune mise à jour.
Que faire ?

Il n’y a pas de menu permettant la mise à jour.
Comment charger la dernière version du Logiciel ?
